1. The main applicant's annual salary starts at AUD 68,864, with the employer contributing 12% of the pension for the employee;  

2. The weekly working hours are 38 hours (Monday to Friday). Any hours beyond this are considered overtime, with overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular wage on weekdays and double the regular wage on Saturdays and Sundays;  

3. Employees receive 4 weeks of paid annual leave, 1 week of paid sick leave, and 1 week of paid personal leave each year, along with Australian public holidays;  

4. During their stay in Australia, children are entitled to the same educational rights as Australian citizens and permanent residents;

5. Work locations are spread across all six major states of Australia;
